Roll in and Roll out!

Some things in life, ought to be done just because you can. These delicious rolls of doubled deliciousness and bundled up calories with minimal nutritional value are one of those things.

Flour and roll that dough

Butter and flour are made into a nice, soft dough with the help of milk.

All sugared up!

It is then rolled out and doused generously with some more butter, sugar and pecans.

The dough is then rolled in to form spirals, mimicking the hypnosis effects these sugar filled dumplings will later have on us.

They are then brushed with some more butter and sprinkled with some more sugar and then baked in a pan layered with butter and sugar.

Judging is not right. Just wanted to throw that in at this moment.

Baked to golden perfection

The next and last step then involves some aerobics. Flip the entire tray into another big one. A big one — so as to catch all that ooey gooey caramel goodness!

All ready to be devoured!!!

Please don’t even think of a fork! What are hands for!
