Let’s cook and eat!
The command comes from the wisest king; bar none – adds the Word of God (1 Kings 3:12) and it says “..Eat, drink and be glad..!” If there is one command I follow with ease, that would be this!
With neither frills nor rules, ‘simple and extemporaneous’ is the style of my cooking. Spice is an integral part of our main course, but heat without flavor is frowned upon!

While it is not my intention to give a detailed recipe as the world of Internet is full of them, do feel free to let me know via the comments or contact page if you like to know my version of a particular dish.
